Carlye Pillash
administrative assistant & inclusion aide (she/her)
Carlye is delighted to be returning to Park West for another year. After first becoming involved with Park West in 2022 as a nanny, she feels honored to have transitioned into a faculty role. She earned her bachelor's degree from North Central College in 2015, majoring in theatre with a minor in psychology.
Park West is an institution that truly meets children where they are to nurture their growth and development. Support does not stop with the individual child, but extends to the family as a whole, fostering a sense of community to help everyone thrive. She believes we are providing a foundation that will benefit children and families for the rest of their lives. What a privilege to be a small part of something so special.
Carlye is especially partial to the opportunities for creative expression—whether that be a collaborative classroom art project, singing songs on the rug together, or playing a make-believe game in the gym or courtyard! There are so many rich opportunities for Park West children to show us who they are.
In her free time, you might find Carlye knitting, sewing, playing guitar, or baking.
