Park West Welcomes New Families:
Admissions Season Is Here

While it may feel like the school year just started, Park West is actively welcoming prospective families for the 2027-2028 school year, and we've expanded how families can experience our community. If you know someone exploring preschool options, now is the perfect time to introduce them to Park West.

New Ways to Visit and Connect

This year, we're offering more opportunities than ever for families to see Park West in action. Our new Pop-In Tours invite prospective parents into classrooms during the school day to witness our play-based philosophy come to life. We're also hosting Family Playdates and Family Open Gym events on weekends, where parents and children can explore our beautiful spaces together: because at Park West, the whole family is part of the learning journey. Traditional Evening Open Houses round out our visit options for families who need after-work scheduling.

Early Acceptance for Affiliated Families

We've introduced an Early Acceptance program to give our Park West families–returning students, siblings, alumni children, and staff families–priority placement and peace of mind. Affiliated families who apply by December 18, 2026 will receive offers in late January with a refundable deposit option. New families have until January 29, 2027 to apply for our admissions lottery.

More Than Just School

Park West continues to be a hub for families throughout the week. Our Saturday Tots program, taught by Park West teachers, offers child-led play and gym time on weekend mornings. We also host enrichment programs including music, literacy, fitness, and baby classes through trusted partner organizations.

Spread the Word

As alumni families, you know firsthand what makes Park West special. If you have friends, neighbors, or colleagues exploring preschool options, we'd love to meet them. Visit information and application details are available on our website, and we're always happy to answer questions about how families can get involved in this cooperative community that has been nurturing young learners for over 50 years.
