Camber Zeisler

JK-East assistant teacher (she/they)

When I moved to Chicago and discovered more about the types of schools around the city, Park West stood out as a hub for learning, individuality, acceptance, and growth. During my education at Michigan State University (Go Green!), my focuses included exploring activities and topics in the childhood development industry, seeking to create engaging, safe, and productive environments for learning. Through my studies, I more firmly established my philosophy on working with children – to encourage self-led thought processes through play-based education, emphasizing the importance of autonomy and intersectionality.
