I've been involved at Park West as a parent and staff since 1984, and over that time I've come to appreciate what the community means to both of those groups. Having served as an assistant, a co-facilitator, and office manager, I've been able to experience the coop from many perspectives — supporting children, staff, and families in a variety of ways. Throughout all those interactions, I've seen the trust everyone shows each other in the community, regardless of how long they've been involved or what they're asking for. It creates a unique dynamic where people and children are treated as they should be — that is with respect.
