I'm thrilled to be a part of the Park West teaching team this school year! I have a brief professional background and an undergraduate degree in biology and marine science; however, during the COVID pandemic, I switched career paths to early childhood education, a true passion of mine. I have previously worked as a nanny and assistant teacher at a therapeutic preschool, but I was drawn to Park West because of its emphasis on inclusion and a play-based curriculum. I love how Park West puts a focus on each child's autonomy and respect for all, and I feel honored to be part of upholding these ideals. As a first-year assistant teacher at Park West, I am excited to learn from the talented and experienced educators here. I greatly look forward to bringing my energy and enthusiasm to the classroom and making strong connections with all of the students.
